  • Q. Who should attend the Gala?

    Everyone should feel welcome to attend! Even if you don’t plan to bid in the live auction and paddle raise, we would still love to celebrate with you at the Gala!

  • Q. What is the schedule for the night?

    When you arrive, you will head downstairs to the event space. After you check in at the welcome tables, we will begin at 6:00pm with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. Following cocktail hour, we will move into the ballroom for a seated dinner and games. The program will begin following dinner, and will culminate with our live auction and paddle raise.

  • Q. What about the silent auction?

    The silent auction will be hosted online in the weeks surrounding the Gala. There will also be a few special silent auction items to bid on at the Gala. Please check back later for more information!

  • Q. Is parking available?

    Yes, complimentary self-parking in several lots around The Forum Hotel. Valet is available for an
    additional charge the night of the event.

  • Q. What is the dress code?

    Cocktail attire.

  • Q. What will I do with my coat?

    At the welcome tables, you will find a room for self-serve coat check.

  • Q. Will dinner be served?

    Yes! Enjoy a seated dinner with beer and wine. When you buy your tickets, you will choose your dinner option. There will be several bars located throughout the event space, and wait staff will come around to serve wine during the meal. After cocktail hour, you can purchase liquor drinks at the bars. 
     

  • Q. How do I place a bid during the event?

    All registered guests will be assigned a bid number. At the welcome table, you will be given a paddle with your number to use throughout the evening.
