Fitzgerald Named New Varsity Boys Basketball Coach

Stephen was born and raised in Central Virginia and has been coaching high school basketball for the past ten years. He joins Covenant after spending the past four seasons as the Assistant Coach at William Monroe High School.  He has spent a total of eight seasons as an Assistant Coach at William Monroe and two seasons at Salem High School (Virginia Beach). During his time as an assistant coach, Stephen has helped lead teams to multiple district titles, a regional title, and three state tournament berths.

 

Stephen is excited to join the Eagles athletic program and is blessed to bring with him his wife (Amy), his daughter (Piper- 3), and his newborn daughter (Olivia).
