Middle Schoolers Compete in School Round of National Geographic Bee

On Thursday, January 23, The Covenant School hosted the annual school finals of the 2020 National Geographic Bee.  Fourteen middle school student-participants competed for the school title, answering a myriad of difficult questions, and drawing on their knowledge from their middle school history curriculum.
Congratulations to eighth-grader, Owen Bradley, who will advance to the State National Geographic Bee where he will compete to become a national finalist. The Covenant School would also like to recognize eighth-grader, Henry Hallock (runner-up), and seventh-grader Kinsley Verburgge (third-place). The State National Geographic Bee will be held in March 2020.
