Annual Spring Carnival Fun

The rain didn’t stop Covenant’s Annual Spring Carnival from being a huge success on Friday, April 12.
There were two humongous bounce houses, right next to a face painting station inside the Hickory Campus Auditorium. In the Colonnade, under some cover, students could visit some animals in the petting zoo and take a chance at dunking some teachers in the dunk tank. Coach Seth Wilson,  PE teacher at the Lower School and Head Football Coach, Mr. Spencer Burton, Head of Middle School, and Mr. George Sanker, Headmaster, were notable victims of a few good throws by some talented students at the dunk tank. The smell of popcorn, burgers, and hot dogs filled the halls of the lobby, as Lower, Middle, and Upper School students played carnival games, ate cotton candy, and enjoyed snow cones of all different colors. This annual event always proves to be a fun, community builder! Big thanks to the Parent Teacher Community for bringing the carnival to life, rain or shine!
