2024-2025 Academic Support Coordinator (Grades 6-12)

The Covenant School is seeking an experienced educator to coordinate our middle and upper school academic support program for the 2024-25 school year. Primary job responsibilities include planning and implementing academic support services, tracking student academic progress, coordinating student accommodations, conducting consultations with students and parents to create individualized support plans, and providing training and collaboration with staff to better support students in the classroom.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in academic intervention and a commitment to Christian education and the Liberal Arts tradition. Candidates must also have the ability to connect and build a strong rapport with students, an enthusiasm for professional growth and student support, and an eagerness to share their Christian faith authentically in the context of their role.
