Middle School Latin Teacher (Grade 6)

The Covenant School is seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our middle school faculty teaching introductory Latin and the history, culture, and mythology of the Classical World. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Classics or a related field and will possess a thorough knowledge of the literature, art, architecture, history, mythology, and culture of the ancient world. Candidates should possess a mature, Christian faith and an educational philosophy that is consistent with The Covenant School’s mission statement and Christian Liberal Arts & Sciences pedagogy. Candidates must also enjoy working with middle school-aged students, demonstrate the ability to inspire students’ love of learning and critical thinking, and demonstrate enthusiasm for professional growth and academic excellence.
