Councils
Students have several opportunities for leadership within the TCS community. The following councils allow students to be involved in a variety of ways:
The Honor Council
This council is composed of juniors and seniors whose purpose is to uphold the Honor System and promote its moral standards and Biblical principles. Along with the appropriate Dean of Students, The Honor Council rules on honor offenses and makes recommendations when a violation occurs.
The Judicial Council
This council is composed of sophomores, juniors, and seniors who provide input to the appropriate Dean of Students on behavioral issues. They assist the Dean in ruling on major discipline concerns.
The Leadership Council
This council is composed of freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors from the Upper School. The council serves in an advisory capacity to the Head of the Upper School and the Head of School on school community policies, programs, and issues.
The Student Council
This council is composed of representatives from each grade level. Together with a faculty representative, they plan and provide social and service opportunities for their grade and for the school.
